- Drugs and Allied Products can be giving in donations to tertiary institution, Hospitals, Primary Health Care, Corporate Clinics, Private Clinic, health-related NGO etc. for purpose of use by less privileged individuals
- All beneficiaries must have a documented registration at a licensed-to-practice primary healthcare, clinic, medical center or hospital
- All beneficiary must be under the care of qualified and licensed medical practitioners majorly a medical doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, Laboratory scientist and Anesthesiologist.
- All beneficiary must have need for the medication applied for; he or she or they must be of low-class (less privileged) in the society or a clear proof showing inability to pay for the cost of the medication prescribed for them
